Jack Huston has joined the cast of Eclipse and will be portraying Rosalie's human fiance, Royce King II. He is the grandson of director John Huston and nephew of Angelica Huston.


Catalina Sandino Moreno has been picked for the role of Maria, who recruited Jasper to help form a newborn vampire army during Southern vampire wars.


14 year old Jodelle Ferland has been cast as the newborn vampire Bree in Victoria's army.

Last night Twilight ruled the Teen Choice Awards by taking home 11 surfboards out of 12 it was nominated for. Twilight won in the following categories:

Based on the popular 'Cirque Du Freak' series of books by Darren Shan, The Vampire's Assistant is a fantasy-adventure about a teenager who unknowingly breaks a 200-year-old truce between two warring factions of vampires.
